Nature of Services

Landscape design services are customized professional services tailored to each client's specific property and requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our work, standard return policies for physical products do not apply.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel landscape design projects according to the following terms:

During Design Phase

If you cancel during the design development phase, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date. This includes consultation time, site analysis, and any design work in progress.

Before Installation Begins

Cancellation before installation begins requires written notice. You will be responsible for the full design fee plus any materials already ordered or deposits paid to contractors on your behalf.

During Installation

Cancellation during installation requires immediate written notice. You will be charged for all work completed, materials purchased, and reasonable costs incurred by artisanpharomaer and contractors.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred
  • Deposits are non-refundable if work has commenced
  • Refunds for cancelled projects are calculated based on work completed and costs incurred
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Plant Warranty

Artisanpharomaer provides a 12-month warranty on plants installed as part of landscape projects, subject to the following conditions:

  • Plants must be maintained according to provided care instructions
  • Adequate watering must be provided, especially during establishment period
  • Warranty covers plant health issues, not damage from neglect or extreme weather
  • Replacement plants are provided at no charge for warranted failures
  • Warranty does not cover labor costs for replacement installation

Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for landscape installations:

  • Hardscape installations are warranted for 24 months against defects in workmanship
  • Irrigation systems are warranted for 12 months against installation defects
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
  • Clients must report warranty issues promptly for assessment

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranties:

  • Damage caused by client modifications or third-party work
  • Normal wear and tear of materials over time
  • Damage from extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • Issues resulting from inadequate maintenance
  • Changes in plant appearance due to seasonal variations
  • Damage from pests or diseases beyond reasonable control

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our landscape design services:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
  • Provide detailed information and photos if applicable
  • Allow us reasonable opportunity to assess and address the issue
  • Work with us in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution

Modifications and Changes

Changes to approved landscape designs may incur additional fees:

  • Minor modifications during design phase may be accommodated within revision allowances
  • Significant changes require new proposals and may affect project timeline
  • Changes requested after installation begins are subject to additional charges
  • All modifications must be approved in writing before implementation

Force Majeure

Artisanpharomaer is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or adjust project plans.

Client Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage and ensure project success:

  • Follow all maintenance instructions provided
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues
  • Provide reasonable access for warranty assessments
  • Maintain adequate watering and care of installed plants
  • Avoid modifications without consulting artisanpharomaer

Australian Consumer Law

This Return Policy operates in conjunction with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
