Clients may cancel landscape design projects according to the following terms:
If you cancel during the design development phase, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date. This includes consultation time, site analysis, and any design work in progress.
Cancellation before installation begins requires written notice. You will be responsible for the full design fee plus any materials already ordered or deposits paid to contractors on your behalf.
Cancellation during installation requires immediate written notice. You will be charged for all work completed, materials purchased, and reasonable costs incurred by artisanpharomaer and contractors.
